Job summary

Comairco is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Representative to cover the Greater Toronto Area. The role focuses on negotiating and renewing service contracts, promoting products, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the Toronto market.

The position offers a total compensation package between $80,000 and $110,000 CAD per year, including salary, bonuses, commissions, and benefits like RRSP match, a company car, and a gas card.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
• Independent, motivated, goal-oriented personality.
• Strong technical and sales skills with ownership of the business and good communication.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
• Live in or near the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, secure, and renew Service Agreements and Contracts.
• Promote Comairco’s products and services; prepare quotations for parts, repairs, upgrades, etc.
• Maintain and develop good business relationships with customers.
• Use CRM to keep an updated customer listing.
• Promote Agreements or Contracts for newly sold equipment.
• Recommend appropriate parts and servicing for equipment no longer under warranty.
• Communicate leads and opportunities for new equipment and air auditing to Sales.
• Involve in major warranty claims.
• Other related duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Negotiate, secure, and renew Service Agreements and Contracts.
• Promote Comairco’s products and services. Prepare quotations as required; repairs, upgrades, parts, Service Agreements/Contract, etc. for potential and existing customers.
• Maintain and develop good business relationships with our customers.
• Using Comairco’s CRM, keep a current/updated customer listing.
• Promote Agreements or Contracts for newly sold equipment.
• Recommend appropriate parts and servicing for equipment no longer under warranty.
• Communicate leads and opportunities for new equipment and air auditing to the Sales team.
• Involvement with Service Lead Generation (marketing input)
• Involve in major warranty claims.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Proficient personal computer skills including, CRM, and Microsoft suite.
• Live in or in close proximity to the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems (an asset).
