Job summary

Qualifications

8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience in a customer-facing IT role.
Experience delivering large technical customer projects.
Familiarity with HTTP or DNS web technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with the integrated accounts team to evaluate customer web architecture and deliver the best integration solution.
Ensuring success through best-practice guidance and to develop a long-term customer web performance and security strategy.
Partnering with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, deliver high-quality service and foster customer relationships.
Participating on internal projects to contribute to best practices, improving methodology and quality of integration.
