Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Customer-facing role within IT
• Familiar with Internet technologies and protocols (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP)
• Strong written and verbal communication; facilitator with contingency planning
• Experience delivering large technical customer projects and influencing stakeholders
• Clearance is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer architecture and deliver best-in-class solutions
• Ensure customer success by applying best practices and Akamai portfolio to develop long-term strategy
• Partner cross-functionally to review integration efficiency and deliver high-quality service
