Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a customer-facing IT role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Proven track record delivering large technical customer projects.
Experience with project management methodologies and web technologies (HTTP/DNS).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with an integrated accounts team to evaluate customer web architecture and deliver the best integration solution.
Ensure success through best-practice guidance and develop a long-term customer web performance and security strategy.
