SWTCH is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager in Toronto to oversee the entire product lifecycle for innovative EV charging solutions. This role involves managing product backlogs, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring product success through customer engagement and performance tracking. Ideal candidates will have strong product management experience, technical fluency, and a passion for clean energy solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a technical product management role working with engineering teams.
  • Proven experience owning product design and UX through AI tools like Lovable, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong technical fluency—comfortable reviewing API documentation and discussing architectural trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end products with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products—from strategic planning and technical design to execution, delivery, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate customer and business needs into detailed product requirements, workflows, and user stories.
  • Design wireframes and user flows using AI tools like Lovable.
  • Act as the technical product owner for development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Engage directly with clients and customers to gather feedback.
  • Track product performance metrics and user engagement data.
  • Troubleshoot product issues in collaboration with engineering.
  • Stay informed about trends in EV charging, energy management.
