Job description

Our Purpose

ChargeLab is a fast-growing software company on a mission to build the ultimate EV charging infrastructure. The next decade is all about electric vehicles, and we’re at the forefront by developing the systems that power charging networks worldwide. By 2030, most vehicles sold in North America will be EVs—and we’re building the software to support them.

ChargeLab is backed by top investors and partners, and we’re rapidly scaling to meet the growing demand for EV infrastructure. If you’re up for tackling complex challenges, making a real impact, and seeing your work support thousands of EV charging stations, then come be a part of our journey!

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Senior Product Manager at ChargeLab, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our EV driver interfaces. You will define the strategy and roadmap for our EV driver apps (web and mobile), ensuring that they deliver a simple, reliable and consistent experience, whether the user is charging their vehicle at home or within our network of public chargers. Your work will directly impact the daily lives of thousands of EV drivers, leading to improvements in public perception, customer satisfaction, business scalability and the success of our ChargeLab Rewards rebate program.

Your work will make the ChargeLab network of chargers available more broadly in other apps, and bring other apps' drivers into our network, as well. You’ll partner closely with other product managers to bring business and reliability priorities to life in the driver experience.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders across Marketing, Support, and Operations to build and refine solutions. This is a high-impact role where you will drive data-driven decision-making and play a key part in ChargeLab’s growth.
