Job summary

Aecon is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to oversee the design development and integration for a large civil and utilities project joint venture between Aecon Civil and Aecon Utilities. You will ensure technical alignment across disciplines and drive seamless delivery from bid through commissioning.

You will bring 15+ years of major infrastructure leadership, with BIM experience, DB/EPC delivery, and P&L accountability, guiding a multi-disciplinary team to meet project objectives and regulatory

Qualifications

Engineering degree required; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years delivering major infrastructure projects, with design-build and P3 experience.
Experience managing design consultants and interface with construction teams.
Proven DB/EPC delivery and multi-project leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee design development and integration of technical and construction disciplines.
Coordinate design, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with contracts, codes, and standards.
Lead meetings and provide technical leadership throughout delivery.
Manage design progress, risks, and reporting to stakeholders.
Foster collaboration between construction and operations teams.
