Aecon Group Inc. in Canada is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead planning, scheduling, and on-site execution of major civil projects. You will drive safety, quality, and compliance, while coordinating with owners, designers, and subcontractors on complex works.

The role demands 10+ years in construction, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. You’ll manage day-to-day yard operations, monitor costs, and keep contract documentation up to date for a national program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of construction experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in the Utility Contracting Industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and scheduling of projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets, taking corrective actions.
• Coordinate all project functions including administration, scheduling, and construction execution.
• Serve as the on-site representative and maintain relationships with owners and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality programs.
• Maintain contract documentation and manage change orders.
