Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of construction experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in the Utility Contracting Industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling of projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets, taking corrective actions.
• Coordinate all project functions including administration, scheduling, and construction execution.
• Serve as the on-site representative and maintain relationships with owners and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality programs.
• Maintain contract documentation and manage change orders.
