Job summary

Aecon seeks a Manager, Project to lead complex infrastructure programs from Scarborough, Ontario. You will collaborate with senior management, Estimating, and Operations to drive schedules, budgets, and safety standards while delivering high-impact projects.

Required are 8+ years in construction/infra project delivery, a relevant engineering degree, and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Travel to sites will be required; the role supports EPC/EPCM style work environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing construction, infrastructure, utility, or civil projects.
• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Experience with EPC, EPCM, Design-Build, or similar project delivery models is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution activities, establishing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources through the project lifecycle.
• Administer contracts, negotiate agreements, and manage contract changes and disputes.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost controls; provide KPI reporting.
