Reporting to the DTS Service Manager, the Technical Analyst supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of infrastructure services, including servers, networks, cloud services, and databases.
The Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and reliability of assigned infrastructure services, resolving issues, implementing changes, and helping services meet established service levels.
