Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For US‑based candidates only, the base salary ranges from CA$96,400 to CA$173,600 per year. Compensation may include incentive bonuses, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), company holidays, PTO, sick time, parental leave, and an employee assistance program.
