• Prepare and reconcile monthly IT spend accruals.
• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing activity.
• Reconcile inventory purchases with invoices and accruals.
• Analyze spending, accruals, and inventory data for cost optimization.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for leadership.
