CPP Investments in Toronto is seeking a Senior Analyst, Technology & Operations Business Management for a 6‑month contract. You will manage IT invoice coordination, accruals, and work with TechBar on inventory while supporting financial analysis and cost optimization initiatives.

You will collaborate with Technology & Data budget owners, external vendors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, timely approvals, and robust month-end close processes.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or college diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in invoice processing, procurement, financial operations, or inventory/asset management.

Aufgaben

• Monitor IT invoice inbox, log and validate invoices against POs, contracts, and goods/services before routing to AP for payment.
• Coordinate invoice approvals with budget owners to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare monthly accruals for IT spend and validate estimates with stakeholders.
• Monitor TechBar inventory levels, usage, and purchasing activity; flag low stock and replenishment needs.
• Analyze invoice, spend, accrual, and inventory data to identify variances and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare reports on invoice status, aging, accruals, and inventory for leadership.
