Jobgether in Canada is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruitment strategies across engineering, product, design, go-to-market, and other functions. You will partner with leadership to define hiring priorities, build proactive pipelines, implement structured interview processes, and leverage AI-powered tools while maintaining human oversight.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in tech, fintech, or startups.
• In-house recruiting experience within high-growth environments.
• Ability to advise senior leaders on role definitions and market conditions.
• Technical fluency to understand engineering, product, data, and security needs.
• Experience developing employer branding and recruitment analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across engineering, product, design, GTM, and other business functions.
• Partner with leadership to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and interview strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and market research.
• Provide market insights, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines to stakeholders.
• Drive structured hiring processes with job descriptions, interview plans, and scorecards.
• Monitor pipeline health, candidate experience, and time-to-hire; manage risks.
• Improve recruitment operations and tooling; optimize workflows and playbooks.
• Explore AI-powered recruitment solutions with appropriate human oversight.
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement across channels.
