Job summary

Hyundai Capital Canada is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Associate to own full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer facilitation, while optimizing the ATS.

You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and develop targeted strategies to attract top talent across mid-to-high volume roles. Ideal candidates bring proven experience with ATS systems, Oracle knowledge a plus, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle talent acquisition and headhunting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual English and French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist hiring managers with developing job descriptions.
• Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs.
• Create job requisitions in ATS and coordinate approvals.
• Post jobs and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and internal site.
• Conduct phone interviews.
• Coordinate and attend interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment activity tracker and provide status updates.
