goeasy, a fast-growing Canadian consumer lender, is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to elevate our employer brand and recruitment strategy. You will lead end-to-end hiring across Retail, Corporate, and Executive teams and partner with senior leaders to attract top talent.

This role requires 7 to 10 years in talent acquisition, a degree in HR or business, and a track record of building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Talent Acquisition leading a high-performing function.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment, corporate and executive hiring.
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition across retail, corporate, and executive hiring.
• Mentor and coach the TA team and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance TA culture and optimize processes.
• Oversee relocation program and recruitment operations including budget and vendors.
