goeasy is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across corporate and technical portfolios in Mississauga. You will manage end-to-end searches, partnering with leaders to deliver strong hiring outcomes across specialized and hard-to-fill roles.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience, strong technical sourcing, and the ability to influence leaders and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience across corporate, technical, professional and senior-level roles.
• Strong technical recruitment experience across technology, data, product, engineering, cybersecurity or related areas.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Deep sourcing, market mapping, passive candidate outreach, and talent pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and technical roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and fulfillment.
• Act as the main accountable owner for requisitions with clear strategy, timeline, sourcing plan, and path to close.
• Partner with leaders and HR to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and provide practical recruitment recommendations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialized roles, including market mapping and direct sourcing.
