Job summary

NAIT is seeking a hands-on senior analyst to design, build, test and support enterprise integrations across systems. You will own the lifecycle from requirements gathering to production hand-off, with focus on quality and scalable patterns.

You will work with SQL and multiple programming languages, applying API design, security and monitoring practices, in a flexible, collaborative team environment that supports hybrid work within Canada.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; 5+ years in systems integration, software development or data engineering.
• Relevant certifications (Azure, SnapLogic, Workday integration) are an asset.
• Credentials outside Canada should be credential-evaluated as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations end-to-end using the NAIT stack; own the lifecycle from design to production support.
• Gather requirements with business units and vendors; manage testing and user acceptance.
• Define and apply integration standards, including event-driven design and API contracts.
• Review peers' code and pipelines; maintain automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Write and tune complex SQL; troubleshoot data quality across domains.
• Use AI coding assistants within a governed review/testing workflow.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical docs.
