About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Architect to lead the design, integration, and implementation of large-scale, complex systems within the Customer Lifecycle Management Platform under the Process Excellence Technology Services division. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in system integration and solution architecture, particularly within BPM (Business Process Management) platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• System Architecture & Integration
  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for multi-system integrations
  • Align and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet conceptual architecture guidelines
  • Document designs within user stories using Jira
• Implementation & Testing
  • Oversee system implementation and deployment activities
  • Conduct and supervise system integration testing, performance testing, and issue resolution
  • Ensure solutions meet client requirements and quality standards
• Project Delivery & Coordination
  • Contribute to detailed project delivery plans including timelines, resource allocation, and effort estimates
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet milestones and deliverables
• Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide technical support during and after implementation
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve system stability and performance
• Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in system integration and architecture
  • Apply innovative solutions to enhance platform capabilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in System Integration or Solution Architecture for large, complex systems
• Proven experience with BPM-based platforms is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and integration patterns
• Proficiency in documenting technical designs and user stories in Jira
• Experience with performance testing and system validation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Performance Expectations

• Deliver two new external system integrations per Program Increment (10-week cycle)
• Ensure all integrations are thoroughly tested and documented
• Maintain high standards of system reliability and scalability
