Babcock Canada is seeking a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end Sustainment Projects, including Victoria Class Submarine modifications and strategic initiatives for the Submarine Enterprise and Marine business. You will drive governance, risk management and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring a university degree or college diploma in project management, PMP certification, and 12–15 years of complex project leadership experience within naval or marine sectors.

• PMP certification desirable.
• 12–15 years of experience in complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Sustainment Projects, including Victoria Class Submarine modifications.
• Establish governance, define roles and monitor risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Build consensus among stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Support project delivery across multiple locations.
