Job summary

Oliver Wyman in Toronto is seeking an Engagement Manager in Operations, Energy, and Industrials to lead end-to-end supply chain projects for major clients. You will supervise 2–4 consultants, develop hypotheses, and deliver data-driven insights that drive action and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of consulting experience in operations, industry or with consulting firms.
• Experience with top-tier management consulting firms is preferred.
• Strong client-facing, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of project workstreams including hypothesis development, data collection, model building and analyses.
• Synthesize findings from interviews and workshops into client-ready presentations.
• Support Partner group in delivery with high-quality execution.
• Manage a team of 2–4 consultants to deliver tasks efficiently.
