The role blends deep subject matter expertise with program management and leadership to align initiatives with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience; 15+ years if no degree.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams and mentorship.
• Excellent oral and written communication with senior leaders.
• Proven program management of large cross-functional projects.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience with ITIL, Six Sigma, or similar certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior program and project management support with strategic plans and SOPs.
• Lead process improvement using Six Sigma and ITIL to modernize governance.
• Craft executive briefings and strategic project plans for senior leadership.
• Mentor team members on mission assurance and continuity planning.
• Provide expert support for Tableau data visualization.
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint and related web tools.
• Represent UI development, coordinate with IT on updates.
• Analyze metrics to provide actionable insights and inform decisions.
• Develop organizational strategies and performance metrics.
• Assess activities to recommend system and process improvements.
• Establish performance measures and monitor improvements.
• Lead internal/external meetings and coordinate data-focused working groups.
