You will lead planning, execution, and governance across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based analytics platforms rooted in Microsoft Fabric and modern data architectures. The role emphasizes executive alignment, business value translation, and governance, with a focus on program delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years leading enterprise-scale Data & AI transformation programs end-to-end.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory).
• 5+ years building cloud-native data architectures using Azure Data Services.
• 8+ years Executive-level stakeholder management and governance experience.
• 5+ years data platform modernization across legacy to cloud/lakehouse migrations.
• 5+ years delivering programs in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
• 5+ years managing governance, risk, and program controls.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI programs across planning, execution, and governance.
• Build relationships with executives and key stakeholders to align on outcomes.
• Translate technical solutions into business value and strategy.
• Drive program governance including scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Oversee Microsoft Fabric implementations and data platform modernization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, AI).
• Facilitate executive steering committees and decision forums.
• Develop adoption and change management strategies.
• Monitor delivery performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Support business development and client engagement activities.
