Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Change Management Lead to support two strategic IT initiatives: SASE transformation and NAC expansion, focusing on network modernization, cybersecurity, and operational readiness.

You will lead business analysis and change management across workstreams, gather requirements, design processes, develop training and communications, coordinate testing, and facilitate transition to operations with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.

Formación

• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
• 5-7+ years of experience supporting large-scale IT projects and enterprise technology transformations.
• Experience in workflow mapping, requirements management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with network infrastructure, cybersecurity, NAC, SD-WAN, SSE/SASE, ZTNA, and ServiceNow initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead operational readiness, transition-to-support, training, and change management activities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Business Analysis and Change Management across multiple workstreams.

• Coordinate testing, governance activities, and stakeholder engagement.
