Randstad Canada is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with senior leadership to evaluate and support the delivery of strategic initiatives across business and technology teams in Guelph, Ontario. The role involves eliciting, analyzing, and documenting detailed business and system requirements to ensure alignment between objectives and technical solutions.

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years Business Analysis experience with complex business requirements and IT specs.
• Experience in insurance, finance, or government programs is an asset.
• Guidewire knowledge (PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter) is an asset.
• Experience in scaled agile delivery (SAFe) is an asset.
• CCBA or CBAP certification is an asset.
• Agricorp program knowledge is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leadership to support planning, evaluation, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Develop decision requests, information notes, and delivery plans for governance decisions.
• Prepare concise business value assessments for review and approval by senior leadership.
• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities including requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, and management.
• Translate complex business needs into clear business and system requirements.
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder sessions, workshops, and consultations with business and technology teams.
• Collaborate on high-level solution design, analytics, and test scenarios.
• Deliver walkthroughs, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Provide leadership to Business Analysts across multiple projects.
• Coach and train team members to improve analysis practices.
• Assist with production support including issue triage and impact assessment.
