Throughline Strategy Inc. is a leading healthcare consultancy seeking health researchers to support behavioural and implementation science initiatives.

You will join a cross-functional, collaborative team, designing and executing quality improvement projects across healthcare systems and developing social science-informed proposals and workshops. The role requires strong qualitative analysis, excellent writing and presentation skills, and ability to translate complex concepts for business

Qualifications

• PhD in social science with health research focus.
• Strong qualitative analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to translate research into actionable insights for business audiences.
• Experience communicating complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-impact quality improvement projects for healthcare systems.
• Develop social science-informed proposals, workshops, and meetings.
• Conduct qualitative or mixed-methods primary research and synthesize findings.
• Manage day-to-day project execution, including recruiting and timelines.
• Summarize findings for non-academic audiences and socialize insights.
