Qualifications
5+ years in strategy/management consulting or high-growth technology company.
Willing to commute to downtown Toronto; remote candidates not considered.
Experience or interest in auto and/or consumer financing is a bonus.
Responsibilities
Build weekly and monthly dashboards and forecasts for conversion.
Track expected and realized spread, feeding insights into pricing models.
Develop day-0 pricing and aging rules for inventory management.
Determine optimal inventory mix using market data.
Define data-driven routing rules to maximize vehicle value.
Run business reviews and cross-functional initiatives.
