Job summary

Clutch is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Strategy and Business Operations team in Toronto. You will drive key operational and strategic initiatives with the VP and executive leadership, acting as a hands-on operator in ambiguous environments to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities include running the operating rhythm, building dashboards, and coordinating cross-functional projects across Operations, Marketing, Revenue, Supply, and Product.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development, or 3+ years in BizOps/Strategy in a high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work across teams and levels.
• Willing to work on-site at downtown Toronto headquarters (60 Adelaide St. E); remote candidates not considered.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, operationally intensive environments.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating evolving business environments.

About the Role

You will drive key operational and strategic initiatives across the business, working closely with the VP of Strategy & Business Operations and executive leadership. This role requires a self‑motivated, analytical, and hands‑on operator who can navigate complex, ambiguous challenges while driving measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the operating rhythm of the business, including preparing presentations for executive, board, and internal meetings, and managing organizational communication
• Leverage data to generate insights and support strategic recommendations; build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics, trends, and performance
• Build consensus among leadership across Operations, Marketing, Revenue, Supply, and Product to push forward strategic initiatives
• Execute special projects including new product launches, margin expansion, and operational optimization
• Forecast and plan company-wide objectives, analyze strategic rationale, and assess P&L impact of business initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development, or 3+ years in a high‑growth technology company in BizOps, Strategic Finance, or Strategy
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Willing to work on‑site at our downtown Toronto headquarters (60 Adelaide St. E); remote candidates will not be considered
• Execution‑driven attitude and willingness to “roll up your sleeves”
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across teams and levels
• Experience in high‑growth, fast‑paced, operationally intensive environments
• Strong attention to detail and consistent high‑quality output
• Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating an evolving business environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $115,000 - $140,000 annually plus stock options
