Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in Canadian French and English (mandatory).
• 5 to 7 years shown experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
• Understanding of modern security frameworks (SIEM/SOAR) and observability (APM, monitoring).
• Ability to translate complex telemetry to business value for executives.
• Experience with data platforms or log management; Splunk cert or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for workshops and whiteboard sessions.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical lead during the sales cycle, conducting high-level discovery sessions.
• Design and architect Splunk deployments across enterprise IT, cloud, and digital systems for unified visibility.
• Develop and deliver customized product demos and PoC engagements showcasing real-time threat detection and full-stack observability.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Product Management, and Professional Services to align capabilities with roadmaps.
• Present at industry conferences and internal forums on cyber resilience and modern observability.
• Create reusable technical assets, white papers, and demo environments for enterprise security use cases.
