Pro West Solar Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Solar Sales Consultant in Edmonton, AB. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation through to signed agreements, guiding homeowners through high-value solar solutions with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consistent consultative sales experience in a professional setting.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets with measurable results.
• Experience managing and closing full sales cycles including discovery, presentation, handling objections, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience selling higher-value products or services in B2C, in-home, or energy-related sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with defined sales processes, KPIs, CRM, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners through scheduled consultations.
• Qualify opportunities and understand customer needs, priorities, and goals.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and present solar solutions clearly.
• Explain project value and answer customer questions.
• Handle concerns and objections professionally.

• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout longer sales cycles.
• Manage an active pipeline and keep CRM information accurate.
• Coordinate with design, operations, and installation teams for a smooth handoff.
• Represent Pro West professionally and protect customer trust.
• Participate in sales training and ongoing professional development.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales execution as the team grows.
