Job summary

BeyondTrust seeks a Senior Software Development Manager to lead the NHI Governance domain within Pathfinder. You will build and grow a high-performing engineering team responsible for a new platform-native module and scalable services powering our SaaS offerings, addressing non-human identities across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will mentor engineers, partner with product and design in an agile setting, and ensure architectural integrity, security, and high-quality delivery while shaping

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing software engineering teams building cloud-based or SaaS products.
• Strong technical foundation for architecture, design, and code-level trade-offs.
• Experience leading teams that use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and at a high-quality bar.
• Experience partnering with product and design in an agile delivery environment.
• Familiarity with modern cloud-native development, microservices, and public cloud providers (AWS preferred).
• Experience developing engineers and growing talent through coaching and mentorship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive clarity and direction amid ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business needs across cross-functional teams.
