Qualifications

• Experience leading teams that operate scalable, reliable production platforms.
• Proven track record building AI-native operating models and governance.
• Strong background in cloud, IaC, containers, and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the combined platform and systems engineering function, managing engineers and managers.
• Own the AI-native strategy and governance for provisioning, remediation, and employee support.
• Ensure reliability, security, and cost across product platform and corporate tech environment.
• Define platform, reliability, and corporate‑tech strategy with cross‑functional partners.
• Drive execution using SLOs, change management, access reviews, and vendor management.
• Mentor managers and engineers, supporting succession planning across the function.
