Job summary

Intact is seeking a Manager, Identity Platform to lead identity lifecycle platforms across the organization. You will manage a cross-functional team, set strategic direction, and drive modernization of identity processes and technology to deliver secure, scalable capabilities.

You will partner with Security, IT, Architecture and business teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement while enabling joiner, mover, leaver processes and robust access management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software platform engineering, identity, or cybersecurity teams.
• Proven delivery of identity lifecycle platforms and IAM projects.
• Strong knowledge of joiner/mover/leaver processes and access management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Identity Platform development and operations.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and manage delivery across projects.
• Define the platform roadmap aligned with Security and IT strategies.
• Drive modernization, automation, and data quality improvements.
• Ensure reliability, security, and scalable identity services.
