Keyera seeks a Senior SharePoint Systems Analyst to administer and improve our SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environment in Calgary. You will collaborate with Information Management, Cybersecurity, Legal, and IT to translate business needs into secure, governed, user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities include designing scalable SharePoint structures, migrations, training site owners, and maintaining governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps; determine when 365 tools are appropriate.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations, Purview, PowerShell, APIs in regulated environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; explain technical concepts in business-friendly language.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with business and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Understand stakeholder needs and drive Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Administer and support SharePoint Online sites, hubs, libraries, lists, permissions, and ownership.
• Troubleshoot permissions, sharing, search, metadata, workflows, and site configuration.
• Design scalable SharePoint structures, metadata, navigation, and search experiences.
• Gather requirements, assess options, and implement SharePoint/M365 solutions.
• Support content migrations and validate migrated content.
• Collaborate with Information Management, Legal, Cybersecurity, and IT teams on compliance.
• Develop user guidance and training; coach site owners on governance.
• Monitor service health and coordinate escalations to improve governance.
• Evaluate Microsoft 365 changes to improve search, metadata, and automation.
