Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an opening for a ServiceNow Technical Lead or ServiceNow CSM Technical Lead on a 12+ month contract, located in Canada (Remote).
Need 5-8+ years in ServiceNow development with 2+ years in a technical lead role, plus hands-on experience with Portal/UI Builder, HTML/CSS, REST/SOAP APIs and deep knowledge of CSM processes. Agile/Scrum, DevOps and ITIL guide the lifecycle; CSA/CAD/CIS-CSM certifications are a plus.
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in ServiceNow development, with 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
- Deep knowledge of CSM processes including Case lifecycle, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge Management, SLAs.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL processes.
