Export Development Canada (EDC) is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for ServiceNow CSM. The role focuses on platform delivery, requirements leadership, and ensuring scalable CSM capabilities align with ServiceNow standards.

You will work with stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, and QA across Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary or Halifax, with a hybrid model and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Senior-level business systems analyst with ServiceNow CSM expertise.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, QA, and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business systems analysis for ServiceNow CSM initiatives, enhancements, defects and platform improvements.
• Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, architects, developers, QA and platform teams to document requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Move from idea through delivery, testing, and release readiness with cross-functional teams.
