Job summary

Export Development Canada (EDC) is seeking a Senior ServiceNow CSM Developer to design, build, and support scalable CSM solutions. You will lead complex development work, decompose designs into deliverable stories, and mentor peers to follow platform standards.

This is a hybrid Canada-based role with collaboration across business and technical teams. You will drive adoption of standardized case management, governance, and integrations, while ensuring high quality, secure, and maintainable code

Qualifications

• University degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, platform development, or enterprise tech delivery.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration, development, and support.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow CSM solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based source control.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions including case models, tables, workflows, playbooks, and integrations.
• Contribute to standardized customer service capabilities across units.
• Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow CSM solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor developers and help establish reusable development standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver enhancements improving employee experience and case management.
• Improve CI/CD practices and release readiness using Azure DevOps and Git.
