Job summary

Equitable Bank is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join its ServiceNow Centre of Excellence. You will design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items, and integrations, while enforcing best practices and driving technical excellence.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate across teams, and contribute to robust, scalable solutions aligned with regulatory requirements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Service Mapping and CMDB/CSDM is an asset; ability to contribute to related projects when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow features, modules, and integrations.
• Own feature delivery from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and implementation partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and administrators, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with business units.
• Prepare clear technical documentation for system designs, configurations, and user guides.
