Export Development Canada (EDC) is seeking a Senior ServiceNow CSM Developer to lead the design, build, and support of scalable ServiceNow CSM solutions. You will collaborate with product owners, analysts, and architects to deliver maintainable case management, playbooks, and integrations across the enterprise.

This senior role requires hands‑on engineering, solutions decomposition, and mentorship of developers, with a focus on governance, security, and an integrated customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in software engineering or enterprise technology delivery.
• 5+ years configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions (CSM).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions (case models, workflows, playbooks, integrations).
• Standardize customer service capabilities for consistency, reuse, and scalability.
• Decompose business requirements into scalable, maintainable CSM solutions with cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor developers and enforce ServiceNow platform standards and best practices.
• Improve CI/CD, release readiness, testing patterns, and governance.
