Job summary

FCC / FAC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Canada to design, develop and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions supporting ITSM and enterprise workflows. You will lead hands-on development, drive integrations, and ensure robust releases aligned with FCC standards.

We require at least six years of software development experience with ServiceNow, strong JavaScript skills, and a degree in CS or engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum six years of software development experience including hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong JavaScript skills, debugging and testing practices.
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow configuration including ITSM, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, flow designer and update sets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions including custom functionality and workflows.
• Write clean, maintainable code and configure ServiceNow with best practices.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and support integrations using APIs and web services.
• Build and run automated tests to improve release quality and internal workflows.
• Contribute to code reviews and ongoing development standards.
