Job summary

SAIT's ServiceNow Business Analyst role is pivotal to expanding the ServiceNow platform across the institution. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and coordinate sprint cycles to ensure timely delivery within agreed timelines.

The ideal candidate has a strong ServiceNow background, solid business analysis experience, and excellent communication. This full-time, on-site role offers 4 weeks vacation, 14 flex days per year, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Information Systems, IT, Business or related field.
• 2 years of experience with ServiceNow platform.
• 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules is preferred.
• Experience throughout the project lifecycle and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements.
• Lead interviews, meetings and workshops to gather needs.
• Analyze requirements and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Bridge business and ServiceNow teams across SDLC for delivery.
• Conduct end-user training and create user guides and dashboards.
• Develop test plans, coordinate UAT, and track issues.
• Document designs, workflows and specifications for reports.
• Support ServiceNow operations with sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
