Job summary

TekStaff IT Solutions is seeking a Servicenow System Administrator for a client project. The role focuses on ITSM design, deployment, and ensuring incidents, problems, changes, and service requests align with governance and performance objectives.

You will provide technical leadership in system integration and application development, working with project managers and the systems management team to define scope and provide accurate cost/schedule estimates.

Qualifications

• Systems administrator experience with ServiceNow – 5+ years.
• CSA certification.
• Nice-to-have: ITIL 4.
• Nice-to-have: Banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITSM solutions following policies and standards.
• Lead architecture, design and code reviews for ITSM solutions.
• Troubleshoot production and test issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Provide 24x7 support and off-hours maintenance for system releases.
