Summit Search Group is representing a Calgary-based client seeking a Service Manager to lead field and shop service operations across Canada. You will establish standards, optimize scheduling and resources, and mentor service personnel while remaining hands-on for complex issues.

The role emphasizes building structure, systems, and best practices to improve service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, with potential US and international travel.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in mechanical service, industrial or field-service environments.
• Proven leadership of field/shop teams across a large geography.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of process equipment or rotating machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead field and shop service teams across Canada, set service standards and processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship; stay hands-on for complex issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams on inventory, tooling and logistics; drive service profitability.
