Overview

Next Level Group is an executive search firm partnering with Manufacturing companies throughout Canada and the US. We have been a driving force in the North American staffing industry since 2011. We built our staffing agency on the need for business and staffing solution partnerships in industries that are honest, ethical, and professional in their practices. We are currently looking for a Service Manager located in Fredericton, NB.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor the work in progress daily.
  • Assign tasks to technicians.
  • Manage work schedules and workflow.
  • Ensure proper completion and processing of timesheets and workorders.
  • Preparation of equipment in compliance with the sales contract & PDI spec sheet.
  • Workshop procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Performance appraisal of technicians.
  • Support and feedback on budgets.
  • Approve all purchase orders.
  • Opening and closing work orders as required and efficiently manage the WIP according to company expectations.
  • Prepare and submit warranty claims in a timely manner.
  • Assist with Parts, Service and Sales quotes.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager.
Qualifications
  • 3 – 5 years working in a similar supervisory or management position leading a team while enhancing the customer experience.
  • Act with professionalism and integrity, motivate, support, and inspire direct reports; build strong teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • This role is offered within the central New Brunswick area, while supporting other branches.
