Job summary

COFOMO is seeking a senior ServiceNow Portfolio Management Consultant to drive discovery workshops, document business needs, and lead adoption of portfolio, project and demand management processes within the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management platform.

You will translate business requirements into functional specs, validate configurations, and support training and governance enhancement across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment in Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
• Experience implementing, configuring or evolving ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Mastery of portfolio, project, demand management and prioritization processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery workshops related to ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Support project managers in adoption of platform processes.
• Collect, analyze and document business needs and functional requirements.
• Advise teams on portfolio, project and demand management best practices.
• Ensure alignment between business processes and platform capabilities.
• Translate user needs into clear functional specifications for delivery teams.
• Validate configurations and support user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to training, change management and knowledge transfer activities.
• Act as functional point of reference for users, PMs and implementation teams.
• Support evolution of governance and portfolio management practices.
