Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain monthly GRIR process in SAP and reconciliations.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Manage AP inbox and develop reporting for AP metrics.
• Provide SAP support and assist in process improvements.
• Document SAP processes and training materials.
• Process invoices and resolve discrepancies; handle payments.
