Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise solution management or related field.

• Experience managing complex portfolios, cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, executive stakeholders, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and execution management for enterprise Salesforce solution portfolios, translating strategy and roadmaps into clear outcomes, milestones, governance, and performance measures.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and communicate decisions, trade-offs, progress, and business value to senior business and technology leaders.
• Lead planning, prioritization, and dependency management across initiatives, balancing customer value, risk, cost, capacity, technical sustainability, and strategic goals.
• Drive risk, issue, and problem management across business, technology, vendors, and operations; establish mitigation plans and lead resolution of complex blockers.
