Job summary

OSI Digital, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Lead to architect and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud in Toronto. You will guide business stakeholders, oversee integration patterns, and drive governance and best practices.

The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, CPQ, and enterprise integration, with proven leadership of distributed delivery teams and a focus on scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRM and enterprise application experience, with 7+ years in Salesforce platform implementations.
• Strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solution architecture.
• Deep technical knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Platform Events, and Salesforce Flows.
• Proven experience in Salesforce solution architecture, enterprise integration design, and scalable platform design.
• Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Act as primary Salesforce solution advisor translating business requirements into scalable architecture.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators, and integration teams.
• Define integration architecture using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Lead Agile delivery teams with sprint planning, backlog refinement, and design sessions.
• Mentor Salesforce staff on architecture patterns and best practices.
• Oversee CPQ implementations including pricing rules and approval processes.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to align with enterprise strategy.
