Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to define the Salesforce strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the Specialty Health business. You will serve as the technical authority, partnering with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to deliver scalable, secure health tech solutions.

You will design, govern, and oversee Health Cloud implementations, and translate business needs into robust architectures while mentoring delivery teams and driving platform

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise and solution architecture leadership.
• 5+ years designing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Experience defining architecture for integrated enterprise platforms.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, event-driven architectures.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions to executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading architecture governance and technology standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Salesforce platform strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Design, architect, and govern Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for performance and security.
• Oversee Health Cloud capabilities including patient management and workflows.
• Define and implement integration architectures with internal/third-party systems.
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams and engineering.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to support long-term objectives.
