Job summary

UBC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Salesforce initiatives within the OCIO. You will oversee end-to-end delivery from concept to implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps.

You will manage project plans, schedules, budgets, dependences, and stakeholder communications to drive on-time, high-quality delivery across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT and enterprise systems.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms and CRM projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior project management efforts for enterprise Salesforce initiatives.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans for projects.
• Manage RAID logs and risk mitigation with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, Analysts, and Delivery Managers.
• Ensure alignment with the university's Salesforce Platform Roadmap.
